It is likely that you will be looking at Cypriot properties which will necessitate a prospective purchase off-plan. This means that some of the properties have yet to be built or completed. Often you will proceed with your purchase on the basis of only seeing a show home or site plan. This allows you to select the perfect location within a specific development for your new property in this country. It is also a more affordable option as payments for all new properties are made in instalments, with the final payment upon completion of your property. Off-plan properties are also considered better value for money because of the investment potential they have.
