Carina is 5kms from the bustling fishing village of Kolimbari on the Rodopou Peninsular, west of Chania. All amenities can be found in Kolimbari including a bank, bakery, supermarket, butcher, petrol station, post office, greengrocer and a host of popular tavernas by the sea. There is also a regular bus service into the cosmopolitan city of Chania. On the other side there is also the town of Kissamos where even more amenities are available including a medical centre and access to some of the most unique and protected beaches in Crete.
